There is a way out. You have already survived so much. You are stronger than you think. There is help available and things you can do to help yourself. I highly recommend tapping and deep breathing as a place to start. Check out The Tapping Solution app. Consider medication. Get it prescribed by a psychiatrist and not your regular doctor. I learned the hard way. Celexa wiped out my anxiety. I lived with it for as long as I can remember. As far as addictions go, I'm working on that one. While I have been sober since 2002, I am addicted still to emotional eating. I guess I switched addictions. I sense that taking care of the depression will help me overcome emotional eating. I self medicate. Email me any time at thepossiblepath@gmail.com.
I am so proud of you for sharing your story so that others can know there is hope in this healing journey. Love you, dear Gina. <3
My prayer is that my suffering can be used to help others and give them hope. Love you!
I will never be able to overcome the very same things from my childhood andxa gene pool full of depression and mental illness.
As image by the day I feel my chance has passed me by.
Self loathing. Substance (perscribed) and alcohol abuse.
I don't see a way out.
